Windows Temporary Files
When you install applications and perform other actions Windows saves temporary data to the special folder (typically located at C:\Windows\Temp). We recommend deleting files from this folder on regular basis. Check this option to make Internet Cleaner do the job for you.
'Find Files' History
Windows stores the list of your most recent searches (done with Start > Find/Search > Find Files/Folders). Check this option to clean the list out.
'Find Computer' History
Windows stores the list of your most recent searches (done with Start > Find/Search > Find Computer). Check this option to clean the list out.
'Start > Run' History
Windows keeps a list of items activated (run) from the start menu. Check this option to clean the list out.
Documents History
Documents history represents the list of 15 most recently used documents (text files, images, etc.). This list is available by selecting Start > Documents. Check this option to clean the list out.
Start Menu Click History
Windows stores the list of most recently clicked items on Start menu. Check this option to clean the 'Start Menu Click History' list out.

SWAP File
Swap
file is used by windows to increase your available memory. Swap files managed
your computers Virtual Memory. If this files is not present then Windows will
recreate the file when user login on system. Normally its of double the size of
RAM and present in windows folder in Windows 98 and root directory of system
drive in Windows NT\2000\XP but user can change drive according the size
required. Name of this file is Win386.swp in Windows 98 and pagefile.sys in
Windows NT\2000\XP. Windows always have lock on this file. So this option
required restart of Windows, this files is deleted just before Windows login
dialog box comes.
Empty Recycle Bin
Set this option to empty recycle bin when cleaning up.
Open/Save History
When you open or save files, Windows stores their names in the special list. Check this option to clean the 'Open/Save History' list out.
Scandisk File Fragments
The Windows utility Scan Disk creates .CHK files at the root directory of drives. These files usually contain junk data and can be erased to help keep drives clean. This option will have Internet Cleaner erase the .CHK files (if they exist) for you.
Media Player Recent Files List
Check this option to clean the list of files most recently used by Windows Media Player.
Paint Recent Files List
Check this option to clean the list of files most recently used by Paint.
WordPad Recent Files List
Check this option to clean the list of files most recently used by WordPad.

Streams
are history kept by Windows about your Explorer window settings. If you need to
eliminate memory of file and folder accesses from Windows explorer, it is
recommended that you check these items. A side-effect is your Explorer windows
will forget their appearance settings and revert to the default 'Show As Web
Page' settings. This is normal.
