Mode of cleaning

Internet Cleaner implements the US Department of Defense and NSA clearing and sanitizing standard, which gives you confidence that once deleted with Internet Cleaner, your file data is gone forever and can not be recovered. Optimal mode - 'DoD 5220.22-M' (US Department of Defense).

 

Close Internet Cleaner after a cleaning
Check this option if you want to close Internet Cleaner after a cleaning.

Show Cleaning Progress
Check this option if you would like to see a report on data cleaned after cleaning is over.

Show 'Total Items Cleaned'
Check this option if you do not want to keep statistics.

Play Sound after a cleaning
Check this option if you want to play Sound after a cleaning. Click the 'Test' button to see the effect.

Beep via PC Speaker after a cleaning
Check this option if you want to beep via PC Speaker after a cleaning. Click the 'Test' button to see the effect.


AutoClean at Windows Startup

Checking this option will instruct Internet Cleaner to automatically clean when Windows is Startup.


AutoClean at Windows Shutdown
Checking this option will instruct Internet Cleaner to automatically clean when Windows is Shutdown.

AutoClean every…
Setting this option allows time-dependant cleaning of selected items. Specify time interval that should elapse before the next cleaning takes place. Time intervals range from every 5 minutes to once a month. Once you have selected time interval Internet Cleaner will clean your items automatically when the given time elapses.
